Delicious banana cream filling with homemade whipped cream! Seems like anytime somebody gets a pie in the face in the movies, it’s a banana cream pie (remember Mel Brooks’ Blazing Saddles? Everybody gets pied in the end). Still, NOBODY would ever think of using a Rock Springs banana cream pie for such a tragical purpose (and yes we do know that tragical is not a word). The secret is tons of fresh bananas and real cream folks. Lots and lots of real cream (if you’re dieting, please just walk away).
